Dr. Lois DeLong, Turtle Mountain Ojibwe, Dr. DeLong prefers to approach holistic healing through incorporating native traditions such as storytelling, ceremonies, and all forms of energy work based on specific culture. Her Clinical work throughout the years has included training in all areas related to counseling and healing approaches in many states.

MILDRED “TINKER” SCHUMAN
Tinker’s Native name is Migizikwe, or Eagle Woman. She is a Tribal Elder, Healer, Grandmother, Pipe Carrier, teacher, poet, published author, and artist living on the Lac du Flambeau reservation in Northern Wisconsin. She attended the prestigious Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe and has a creative writing degree and a BA in Education.

Roxanne DeLille, Bushqwa dahmooqway (The sound of thunder), Roxanne is a contemporary Anishinabe woman whose life and education have been divided between reservation and urban areas; between traditional teachings of her people and mainstream education. Roxanne is a tenured faculty member at the Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College where she has taught Speech and Communication Studies for the past 15 years.

Tina Kuckkahn is a citizen of the Lac du Flambeau Tribe Lake Superior Chippewa and a descendant of the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians.

Pat McCabe (Weyakpa Najin Win, Woman Stands Shining) is a Diné (Navajo) mother, grandmother, activist, artist, writer, ceremonial leader, and international speaker. She is a voice for global peace, and her paintings are created as tools for individual, earth and global healing. She draws upon the Indigenous sciences of Thriving Life to reframe questions about sustainability and balance, and she is devoted to supporting the next generations, Women’s Nation and Men’s Nation, in being functional members of the “Hoop of Life” and upholding the honor of being human.
